The Hybrid sturgeon is the miraculous crossbreed of the sturgeons Acipenser schrenckii (male) & Huso dauricus (female). This sturgeon matures between 8 –10 years to create this rare roe that offers characteristics similar to Caspian Sea Osetra. The amber-brown roe delivers a creamy, buttery taste with nutty undertones.
