How is my smoked fish packaged for shipping?

We use custom-insulated thermal liners and non-toxic gel ice packs to ensure your fish stays at a safe, refrigerated temperature throughout its journey to your doorstep.

How long does the smoked fish stay fresh after arrival?

Most of our vacuum-sealed products will stay fresh for up to 3 weeks in the refrigerator. Once opened, we recommend consuming the product within 5 days for optimal flavor and quality.

Can I freeze my smoked fish?

Yes, you can freeze our smoked fish for up to 3 months. To maintain the best texture, we recommend thawing it slowly in the refrigerator for 24 hours before serving.

Is your seafood sustainably sourced?

Absolutely. We are committed to responsible sourcing and work closely with fisheries that follow sustainable practices and hold certifications like BAP (Best Aquaculture Practices) and MSC (Marine Stewardship Council).

What happens if my delivery is delayed?

Since our products are perishable, we monitor all shipments closely. If a carrier delay causes your product to arrive warm or damaged, please contact our support team immediately for a full refund or replacement.

Are your products gluten-free and Kosher?

The majority of our smoked fish products are naturally gluten-free and certified Kosher. Please check the specific product descriptions and labels for the Star-K or OU symbols.
